When you visit our site or make a purchase, you are entering into our "Service" and agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This includes any additional terms, conditions, and policies that are mentioned or linked to within. This Terms of Service agreement is applicable to all individuals who use the site, regardless of whether they are browsing, selling, purchasing, engaging in business, or contributing content.

REQUIREMENT:


  1. You can go-live in TikTok using TikTok Live Studio from Windows PC.
  2. You have web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
  3. We strongly suggest that you can interact with your viewers in your live sessions (using camera & microphone is recommended) to avoid TikTok Live restrictions. Restriction from TikTok could apply to some accounts (randomly).


WHY STREAMAC?


  1. We have more than a thousand community members in our Discord server.
  2. We have a 95% SLA (Service Level Agreement), which means we guarantee streamac system will only have 36 hours of downtime each month (if it happens). We will give you an extension period of the same hours in the downtime (if it happens), so you still get full hours of service in streamac.
  3. We can give you an extension period (if needed) if you are new to streamac system until you can use streamac smoothly.
  4. At least we will release 1 new game each month; furthermore, we can modify the existing game based on your request (with several considerations).
  5. We have our internal teams that always develop streamac advanced with new games, technology, guidance, and updates.
  6. We have our dedicated customer support (CS) that can be contacted via WhatsApp and Discord server. Our customer support will help all of your needs in streamac through the Discord ticket channel; furthermore, we can do the remote support session (if needed).
  7. We have affiliate programs that could give you passive income by recommending streamac to others, and you could get a percentage of money as long as the member you recommend renews their subscriptions.


Is it possible to receive a refund? No.

Once the product has been opened or downloaded, it is considered "used" due to its digital nature. Furthermore, it is crucial to understand that once a purchase is made on streamac.com, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Due to the nature of the products offered on this site, we have implemented a no-refund policy.
